Requirements

The following information should be sent to EuroForm as soon as the solution is ordered - and EuroForm can start to design your BusinessCard solution:
1. Present business card
2. Logo(s)
3. Font(s)
4. Static and variable data
5. Potential Cover Page (Delievery Note)
The solution includes standard 1 design for 1 printer.
ad 1.) How do your business card look today?
We use your present business card to design your new business card. If you have changes please send one extra, where you mark the changes. If you have a design guide with a description of your business card please send us that too.
ad 2.) We prefer to receive your logo as a Adobe Illustrator file (.ai) or another vector based format. If you don't have, then please send us the best you've got.
ad 3.) If you use fonts, that are not present that are not standard in Windows, we need a copy of the original font. We need all types, e.g. one for bold and one for italic etc. It can be TrueType, OpenType or PostScript fonts. Logo and font can potentially be send by E-mail.
ad 4.) You need to decide which data that are static and which that are variable on your new business card. Static data is logo, company name, address and main phone no. Variable data is e.g. name, title, direct phone no., mobile and e-mail address.
ad 5.) You need to decide if you want a Cover Page (Delievery Note), when a user has printed their business cards. This is used, when there is need for sending the business cards to the user, e.g. when user is not located on the same address as the printer. Please send us e.g. a Word document with the design and text I want to use. Name and address wil be the same as on the printed business cards.
