Support Case

Open a new support case or check on an existing case.

Create a new support case..

If you have registered in our support system previously:

  1. Login using your e-mail address and password.
  2. Click on the link “Create a new support case”.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Add your email address to the “CC” box to receive a copy of the request in e-mail.
  5. Click the orange button “Create Support Case” to submit the request.

If you have NOT registered in our support system previously:

  1. Create a new account and assign a password.
  2. Click on the link “Create a new support case”.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Add your email address to the “CC” box to receive a copy of the request in e-mail.
  5. Click the orange button “Create Support Case” to submit the request.

You will receive a response from the support team as quickly as possible.

Note: Some contracts include a specified maximum window for response to inquiries.  Check your contract for specifics.

Check on an open support case..

If you have registered in our support system previously:

  1. Login using your e-mail address and password.
  2. Check under “Subject” for email regarding your open Support Case.

If you have NOT registered in our support system but have been assigned a case number by our support staff through an email request or other means:

  1. Go to the login page and click “Register” to assign a password.
  2. Check under “Subject” for email regarding your open Support Case.
